My Regrets

What can I say,
Things get in the way,
Inspiration passes thru pain,
Wishing you could regain.

I miss but I won't be put aside,
Honest I can say I enjoyed the ride,
With tears and blood I give to thee,
For the one who clearly can't give to me.

This was my oasis my place of peace,
Now has become a place of grief,
If I knew the pain I would endure,
I take back every word,each verse,each lure.
